Exchange & Refund
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and refunds work.
Exchange window
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
What's not eligible
- Sale or final-clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
How to request
Email mixandshop2021@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or wrong. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
退換貨政策
我們希望您對購買的每一件商品都滿意。如有任何問題，以下是退換貨的處理方式。
退換期限
收到商品後 14 天內可申請退換。商品須為未穿著、未清洗、吊牌完整、原包裝完好的狀態。
不接受退換的商品
- 特價或清倉商品
- 內衣、泳裝、配飾（衛生考量）
- 有穿著、清洗或改動痕跡的商品
申請方式
請於 14 天內電郵 mixandshop2021@gmail.com，附上訂單編號及原因。我們會在 1-2 個工作天內回覆下一步流程。
退貨運費
除非商品有瑕疵或寄錯，退貨運費由顧客承擔。我們收到並驗證商品後，會在 5-7 個工作天內處理退換或退款。
